Faceforward Returns Policy
We guarantee complete customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products at Face Forward. Within fourteen days of the date of original purchase, you may return an item for a full refund if you are unsatisfied with it for any reason.
Please email our customer service department at support@faceforward.co.za in order to initiate a refund. You will be furnished with return shipping instructions and a label to facilitate the return of the item to us. Refunds of shipping fees will be granted exclusively in the event that products arrive defective or damaged.
Please note that all products, including packaging and accessories, must be returned in their original condition. If the item arrives damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny a refund. The original payment method will be credited with the refund.
Non-returnable items:
Downloadable software products; gift vouchers
Sale items:
Regrettably, refunds are only available for items in regular price; sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
Items are replaced exclusively in cases of defect or damage. If you require an exchange for the exact same item, please contact us via email at support@faceforward.co.za. Our courier will collect your item. An additional courier collection fee must be deposited into our account via EFT.
